In tune.

I do. Not I believe that. I believe in. In Jesus, whom I cannot see and could never prove, who was on the road ahead of me before I looked up, and who asked me to follow. I give Him my heart, my feet, and my one life. I'll try my best to listen for Him and listen to Him. When He asks anything of me, the answer on my lips will be as You wish, from love, never from fear.

Each refusal has a live essay behind it, so it is argued, not asserted. Every one of them may be amended by the members on the ninety-day track; only one rule in the foundation cannot be amended, and it is not a refusal: the dialogue is the vote.

• No selling.The practice is never for sale: gatherings and resources for learning are always free, and nothing here is a funnel. The name, the mark and the domains, which the trust holds, are never sold, and no money or money's worth is taken for them in any form: they are licensed only to the Fellowship's own bodies, and never for a fee. Stories about the Fellowship may portray them. The Fellowship may agree, for no money, not to object to another's use of the name outside its field; a promise received in such an agreement is not money's worth. The name may be dropped, and the mark with it, to no one and for nothing; the domains stay with the writings, pointing wherever they are free. If the trust ends, the domains are given, with the writings, to a successor that keeps them free. The Fellowship gives away the one thing that was never for sale.Nothing to Get

The Fellowship adds nothing to the theology. It gives the theology a name anyone can say out loud, and a threshold with no door in it. The library is a map you are invited to argue with, not a catechism you are required to recite.
